Fantastic Entertainment at the Mawazine Festival
Morocco’s capital city, Rabat, will once again play host to the annual Mawazine World Rhythms Festival, set to take place from 16 to 24 May 2008. Organized by the Maroc-Cultures Association, the festival will welcome musicians and music-lovers from all over the world to join in this eight day celebration of the uniting power of music. The focus of the Mawazine Festival will be primarily on jazz and gypsy music, while embracing a wide variety of other music genres.

Spectacular Celebration of the Cherry Festival
The ancient walled town of Sefrou lies on the slopes of the Middle Atlas Mountains, in close proximity to the city of Fez in Morocco. The mountainous terrain and temperate climate make the region around Sefrou an ideal environment for cultivating cherries. The Delightful Fishing Town of Dakhla

The Marvelous Art of Tadelakt
Moroccan Tadelakt is considered to be one of the oldest and most treasured plaster finishes in the world. In a technique, which is believed to be about 4,000 years old, the art of Tadelakt was used as a coating in the bathrooms and hammams (a type of sauna or steam bath) of the traditional riads in Morocco. The traditional techniques of producing Tadelakt have been passed from master to apprentice through many generations and to this day there are Tadelakt artisans who continue this tradition.
